Shipping policy

At NuTerra Botanicals, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our luxury candles to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available in select locations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: NuTerra Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [hello@nuterrabotanicals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, NuTerra Botanicals is not responsible for reshipment or replacement.
8. Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or customs processing.
